I was working at my desk when a cold drop hit my notebook.
Then another one landed on the keyboard cover.
I looked up and saw water forming under the window AC unit.
The towel I kept nearby for normal summer sweating was suddenly not enough.
I pulled the desk away from the wall, unplugged the charger, and moved my laptop to the bed.
The AC kept humming like it had no idea it had become indoor weather.
I sent maintenance a picture of the drip line running down the wall.
They asked if I could put a container under it for now.
So my desk had a bowl on it, catching water where my coffee usually sits.
Very professional setup.
